Return Policy

All sales are final.

The products we sell are considered collectibles, often custom, and produced in limited quantities. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@velcrokid.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
